A Saison we have been aging since our last anniversary, we added a Brettanomyces, a wild yeast to this brew and let it do its thing for a full year. With subtle flavours of pear and cloves, high carbonation and a soft finish, it’s about as close to a beer based champagne as you can get. Perfect for celebrating our fourth anniversary!
