Elora Borealis is a lightly malted pale ale that is bittered, flavoured, and dry-hopped exclusively with Citra Hops. A bright, floral nose gives way to crisp, light malt flavours and finishes with several citrus notes.

Old world Abbey Ale meets North American IPA. Belgian Golden and Sacch-Trois yeast provide moderate funk and slight tartness. Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin and Cascade hops reveal notes of white grape, blueberry and tropical fruit.
Subtle raisin and coffee bean aroma lends itself to a malt profile that is toasty with a balanced and mild sweetness - a melding of flavours which results in a smooth and approachable stout.
Ringing in at barely 4%, this bright and golden lager is brewed with 2 Row Barley, Flaked Maize and fermented with Mexican Lager Yeast from Escarpment Labs. Clean and soft with a slight sweetness and crisp finish.
This Spicy Dunkel is a ruby brown colour with a strong smokiness on the nose. Made with locally grown scotch bonnet and ghost peppers, as well as Mesquite smoked in house by our chefs. The spice builds to the last sip and is balances with a chocolatey sweet finish.
Robust passionfruit aromas are woven against citrus and fresh orchard fruits. Smooth across the palate finishing bright and effervescent with balanced yeast tones and noticeable tartness.
